Holidaymakers suffer travel delays in France

A staff strike on Saturday at the two main airports in Paris – Charles de Gaulle and Orly – caused slight delays to flights.Meanwhile, on France’s main roads long delays were reported with hundreds of thousands of people either beginning their holidays or returning home. A record 915km of traffic jams were reported on Saturday.
