How To Makeup Eye Shadow Vibrant Party Eyeshadow Tutorial

In this tutorial we will do a party look with bright festive colors. Green, blue, pink make up the colors of this eyeshadow. This look was completed using my 120 eyeshadow palette as well as 15 color concealer palette to conceal on the face and for eyebrows.
