Kissing congressman Vance McAllister caught on video smooching female staffer

The video was anonymously sent to the Ouachita Citizen, a local newspaper that was the first to report on the story.Peacock, who is a family friend, was hired to serve as McAllister's district scheduler. Peacock's husband, Heath, had worked with McAllister for 16 years, and the couple own a home less than a mile from the McAllister family. The couple also donated $5,200 each to McAllister's campaign.McAllister is the father of five children and has been married to his wife, Kelly Duncan, for 16 years.
