Priya Dutt MP, Shri Avinash Pande MP, Director Madhur Bhandarkar, Rashtra Kavi Pradeep’s daughter Mitul Pradeep with family and MLA Krishna Hegde inaugurated the Rashtra Kavi Pradeep Chowk this morning. Actor Dalip Tahil, Sharbani Mukherjee, Corporators Winni D’Souza, and Binita Vora were present along with over 800 Parlekars, School children came dressed as Mahatma Gandhi ji, Chacha Nehru, Rani Laxmibai, Bal Gangadhar Tilak ect. Mitul Pradeep recollected the life spent with her father and thanked Parlekars for their overwhelming support. Madhur Bhandarkar said “Rashtra Kavi Pradeep is a ‘Diamond of the Nation’ and his work is immortal”.
