Girl raped in Haryana, accused absconding

She was brutally raped, tortured and murdered in Haryana's Jind district and 3 days after the incident the state police is nowhere close to nabbing the culprits. But the family of the 20 year old is not ready to budge unless the accused are made to face the law, protesting against the inaction of the Haryana police.
