Tv9 Gujarat - Ishrat encounter case SC rejects PP Pandey's anticipatory bail plea

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected the anticipatory bail plea of senior IPS officer PP Pandey, against whom a non-bailable warrant has been issued, in the Ishrat Jahan encounter case, saying his conduct in remaining absconding dis-entitled him for the relief.
