CRUEL CRIME: Man Caught on Tape Throwing Dog Off Balcony; Dog Now Paralyzed

Surveillance video from Smyrna, GA capturing Marcell Sibley throwing his small dog off of a second floor motel balcony. He is seen grabbing his dog and heading into his room. Then, for some unknown reason, he charges back out with the dog in its crate and hurls it over the side. He then grabbed the dog and the debris and threw it in the dumpster. The dog reportedly has a spinal cord injury and the back legs are paralyzed. Sibley faces charges of animal cruelty.
